Solution 1: Clear Cache For The Particular App Creating Issue


Sometimes you get above error message, when you launch any particular app. So, if you find that a particular app is creating this error then clear cache for that particular app.

  • Go to Settings>Apps and go to All tab.

  • Look for that particular app .

  • Tap the app and then tap on Clear Cache.

Steps to clear Google Play Service data:

  • Go to Settings>Apps and tap on All tab.

  • Now look for Google Play Services app and tap on it.

  • Then tap on Clear Cache.

Solution 3: Reset App Preferences

Solution #4: Disable Automatic App Updates

So, if automatic update is enabled, then turn it OFF – after this it will not update the app automatically. But you can update the app manually.


Steps on how to disable automatic updates:

  • Open Google Play Store on your phone.
