Solution 1 – Soft Resetting


A soft reset means you have to restart your Samsung Galaxy phone but it also include extra step in which you have to cut all power to the phone. So what you have to do to perform soft reset.


Simply switch OFF your phone, remove the back cover and remove the battery out your phone and wait for 25-30 seconds and then re-insert the battery and make sure that the metal parts of the battery are touching and connected properly and then switch ON your phone.

Solution 2: Disable Dark Screen Mode
